Frequently Asked Questions

What do you provide?
Everything for the cooking. Your chef brings the portable hibachi grill, all the fresh proteins, fried rice, vegetables, salad, sauces and utensils for cooking, plus the full fire show. You provide the tables, chairs, plates and drinks.
What do I need to prepare?
Just a flat outdoor or well ventilated space for the grill, tables and chairs for your guests, and plates and cutlery for eating. We handle the rest and clean the cooking area before we leave.
How long does the party last?
Most parties run about 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on your guest count. Your chef keeps the pace fun and makes sure everyone is served and entertained.
What if it rains?
We can cook under a tent, covered patio, garage or any covered area with good ventilation. If weather looks bad, reach out and we will help you plan a covered setup or adjust the date.
Do you offer vegetarian and dietary options?
Yes. We offer tofu and extra vegetable options, and we can accommodate common allergies and dietary needs. Let us know when you book so your chef comes prepared.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better. Weekend dates usually fill up 2 to 3 weeks ahead, especially in the warmer months. If your date is close, still ask, we do our best to fit you in.
