Booking & Deposit
How do I secure my booking?
A $50 deposit secures your date. Once we have your event details and deposit, your date and time slot are locked in. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better. Weekend dates usually fill up 2 to 3 weeks ahead, especially through spring, summer and the holidays. If your date is close, still reach out, we do our best to fit you in.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
We cook for parties of 10 guests or more, with a $490 minimum per event. Have a smaller group? Contact us and we will work out custom pricing.
What payment methods do you accept?
The deposit and final balance are both paid by Zelle or Venmo. We confirm your full total before you place the deposit, so there are no surprises.

On the Day
What do you provide and what do I need to prepare?
Your chef brings the portable hibachi grill, all the fresh proteins, fried rice, vegetables, salad, sauces, cooking utensils and the full fire show, plus setup and cleanup. You provide the space, tables and seating, plates and cutlery for eating, a water source and a power outlet nearby.
How long does the party last?
Most parties run about 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on your guest count. For groups of 20 or more, allow around 3 hours. Your chef keeps the pace fun and makes sure everyone is served and entertained.
